(and is) the original MCI MAE
West connecting point where
many of the largest Internet
networks connected with each
others networks in order to
exchange traffic that was
destined for other networks.
The MAE West connecting point
has the second largest amount
of Internet traffic in the
world. The closer a network
is to the major connecting
points, and the larger the
connections the network
offers, the faster the speed
of throughput. If you are
looking for a San Jose
colocation site that offers
great Internet networks such
as Inforelay, XO,
#1 Colocation Services,
MCI, Hurricane, etc. and if
you need power at a low cost,
this can be a great facility.
The cross connects within this
San Jose colocation facility
tend to have a low monthly fee
and the setup fees are
reasonable.
The downside of the Market

can be that they like to get a
longer term contract. Many of
