Level 3 has excellent
marketing and thus has a good
reputation, they are similar
in quality to other Tier 1
providers. The
difference is that Level 3
charges more. As a
publicly traded company anyone
can look up their financial
statistics and see that their
EBDTA shows that they are
loosing money. They have
not become a profitable
company and they are deeply in
debt. They may be
charging more in an attempt to
get out of debt. See
